Legacy is in his working clothes here.  He is meeting the new mare - Hilton Royl Elegance. This picture was taken in spring 2005 shortly after we brought Elegance home.  This shows his gentleness as a pasture breeding stallion.
 

 

 

Legacy is trying to claim Elegance as his own.  He is trying to herd her into the pasture where Beauty is. Elegance would have none of that and Legacy is very gentle so he finally left her alone after not much effort on his part.



 

 

 

On occasion we have turned Legacy out to look around.  He seems to think it is his business as a stallion to know everything that is happening on the farm.  I am not so sure at times that he doesn't think it is his farm and that the people are here just for him.  Here he is on the driveway, he would never venture out very far from viewing range of his mare, Beauty.
